EVA is a partner for independents and media investors from Northern America as well as Europe who are looking for an international experienced company in the German market in order to develop, produce and license their film projects or investments. 


EVA was founded in 2006 together with David Groenewold and started as a subsidiary of Odeon Film AG. EVA developed fast as known for a reliable partner of international top film partners such as Marvel. In 2009, co-founder Odeon Film AG exit as a shareholder and David Groenewold resigned from EVA management. Due to severe market changes caused by the financial crises this decisive turning point was used to clear off EVA’s equity portfolio by divesting from both Atlas International Film GmbH and ApolloMedia Filmmanagement GmbH as a majority shareholder.

As an independent the lean decision making structure allows to respond fast and flexible in a world of ever changing parameter and new cooperation models within media business. EVA believes into substantial growth opportunities in the mid-run by using its knowhow to work at the interface between traditional and new film business models. The strategic objective is to diversify the company’s library with new fiction formats.

Film Library

The library counts 320 hours of program with around 30 international features, TV-Series and Documentations from 2000 until today. The total production value amounts to Euro 100 million. Some features received national and international Awards and list numerous awarded talents. The titles are across all genres such like Comedy, Science Fiction, Family Entertainment, Action, Horror, Thriller, Drama and Music.
